New ownership didn't satisfy our service. I was very disappointed not to see, but only one known employee. Everyone was gone. It felt very uncomfortable. I had even taken a new friend. She didn't get her nails cut, my daughter had a bloody toe, my service was done very quickly and our wait was l like an hour. After 16 years of service, I will have to change location. I would come from Rio Grande City TX to McAllen, due to attentive,respectful,cheerful and knowledgeable service. No more. I was very upset with new service.

Been coming here for little over a year always brought my baby sat her on my lap everytime! Recently she showed interest in getting her own toes done by coping everything they did to my toes…staff was so kind too her I had to get her own pedi too! Staff has always been so kind to us! She is 2 years old and has been with me thru every pedi since she was an infant !Service: Pedicure

I went yesterday to get waxing done and had an awful experience. I was the only customer there because it was early but the woman waxing me seemed rushed. She applied the wax very fast and sloppy that I had to tell her she was being rough. She did not like this and told me that she had been waxing for 15 years and that she needed to do it this way to get all the hair. Um, I’ve gotten waxed plenty of times before and that’s never been necessary. We walked out of the waxing room and she proceeded to say something to her co workers to which they laughed.
