I always love this place for a great workout and good direction. Never overly crowded and personalized!! Best instructors and reformers around Mansfield. Great way yo host a birthday workout class as well!!
I’m almost 2 months in & I must admit that all the teachers are absolutely amazing… I’m learning so much each time I come in… Pilates ain’t no joke… I’m determined to keep learning 💙💙💙
After being retired for a couple of years I needed to find some type of exercise to move my body. I'd heard of pilates and just felt intimidated by the name. My daughter took a few classes and told me I should try it. I did and I love it. From the clients to the instructors everyone has been so kind. Now I can't wait to get to class. If you're thinking about trying.... Do it!!
