Got a membership for the unlimited wash which I find a lot of value in after a few washes. I love that the vacuuming stations afterwards always have decent towels for you to wipe down your car with. The staff often will spray down my mats if I ask without any hassle. They have multiple locations throughout Austin too for added convenience.
The tire shine never works. And have gone to different locations. At Manor location the current manager Carlos took care of the changing the plan of one car to the other with out any major problem.
Signing up for their membership was a good investment. Not only are their vacuums insanely strong, their supplies are always clean and ready to use. And lately Carlos has been making our experience pleasant. My husband washes his trucks regularly and Carlos is always helpful!
