The exterior of my 30-year old house in the Cottage Grove subdivision of Alden Bridge Village in The Woodlands was looking rather sad. Mr Happy House changed that by replacing much of my old inferior siding, soffit, and facia with James Hardie products. Mike Monyak and his hardworking and experienced crews also painted those areas with Sherwin Williams high quality Duration paint and installed seemless rain gutters and LeaFree gutter guards. In addition, they replaced the old chimney cap with a new one. Mr Happy House is a GAF certified roofer.
