We just started going here two years ago and not only is this place always clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, they actually figured out how to fix one of my dogs skin condition (which I have been working on with another vet for 5 years) and they also took the time to help my big dog during one of her neurological flare ups and it was still within a decent budget. These people really care about what's best for animals and I recommend them to everyone I talk to. Only downfall is they don't have 24/7 emergency line if you're in need.

Dr. Warren saved my cat's life. We've been seeing Dr. Wood for years - and love him, but this time we had a very sick kitty on Dr. Warren's day, and she turned out to be just as amazing! Our cat ended up having to have surgery and everyone was so kind all the way through the entire process, even with me in a panic and in tears. The entire staff treats all of our animals like they're thrilled to see them. I've never walked in there and felt like just a number or another appointment. This was the only clinic in Lufkin or Nac that would be willing to see my hen who was sick. I called around for an appointment at nearly every clinic and none would see chickens. I was able to get a same day appointment and when I arrived, they were prompt about getting me straight in at my appointment time with no waiting! They have a nice facility that was very clean and welcoming. Their staff was very pleasant and the doctor I saw, Dr. Liz Warren had impeccable bedside manner with the situation as well as the tech who assisted her. I would definitely come here again. I very much appreciated their willingness to help with my chicken when no one else would.
