After a different company who has always been so great for us essentially stopped responding after us enduring several days of 80+ inside temps and 5 separate phone calls to them attempting to get a speedy full upgrade of our system as the old one was finally kaput, I searched around and found Aeraci on a Monday night. I was able to quickly apply for financing on their site and had approval before even sending them the contact info for an official quote (aided because I’m already a Synchrony customer), and they contacted me immediately the next morning via text to start setting everything up. Professional technicians, on time,worked after hours if needed.Office staff was very helpful and friendly, loved that follow up call when work was completed from office staff. I will definitely continue being a client and recommend this company.
