They did such an awesome and quick job! I am 7.5 months pregnant so needless to say I NEEDED that AC. Jody came out first thing this morning and got us back up and running in no time. Can not recommend a better company to trust with your AC work!
We had our routine maintenance service visit with our usual service tech,Tyler. He is AWESOME! He found a slow leak in one of our older AC units and per my request, arranged for a salesman to contact me about replacing the unit (it's 20+ years old). That same day I was contacted by Jesus Estrella and I made an appointment for him to evaluate our system the following day. What I really appreciated was how quickly he was available to meet with me AND since he has worked as a service tech, he had valuable insight regarding which units work well with fewer breakdowns and trouble calls. We had our HVAC maintenance performed by Alex today. He was a remarkable young man. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and educated us on the functions of our unit and thermostat. We would highly recommend Alex and will ask for him in the future for our maintenance service.
