I’ve used this shop three times, and each experience has been excellent. This family-owned business, run by Scott and Lisa, provides outstanding customer service and is always quick to respond to my questions. Their professionalism and personal touch make all the difference. I definitely recommend this shop!

Great shop. Their technicians are top notch at analyzing and repairing older motorhomes with complex electrical and mechanical issues. Scott will take your calls. I have had a number of positive experiences with their services in recent years. The only other comment is don't be in a hurry....they only work 4 ays a week, a little unusual for the industry. I'd give them a generous 4.5 stars

Great experience with the Liberty Hill location. Will definitely recommend to others.
My AC unit went out finally after 11 years. They had the upgraded model to what I was replacing onsite and ready for same day pickup. Also walked me through the installation process.
My only disappointment has nothing to do with American RV Specialist but rather at myself for trying to save a few dollars by using my old ceiling mount and control box... Of course the wiring harness of the new unit didn't match the old one. 100% user error.
Looks like I'll be going back in the morning to pickup the the couple additional... read full review
