Sending special kudos to Greg and Jeff at Truly Nolan-Lewisville for their patience, persistance, and response to a rodent issue that plagued me. Their knowledge of the habits of these cunning pests really attacked the problem by discovering and sealing their entry points, adding traps in the attic, then regularly checking them, and finally sanitizing the area once all activity ceased. Everyone at Truly Nolan-Lewisville, including the customer service employees who answer the phone, have been consistently polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. If you make an appointment at Truly Nolan- Lewisville, the technician calls at least a half hour before and arrives on time, eager to solve the problem. Richard, my regular pest control service coordinator, always leaves detailed notes about his quarterly visits, particularly if I've mentioned a concern.
