From the moment you walk in, it is inviting- very peaceful and calming ( and smells wonderful!) Jennifer at the front desk is so sweet and always acknowledges me by name. Everyone i have dealt with is so helpful including: Mr Rob, Chris, Belinda and Jenny the clinic manager is always smiling and positive. Both Dr Gilbert and Dr Garcia bring different and helpful techniques depending on my needs that visit and always takes the time to listen. Thank you BBC Health.

I just didn't get the same experience. Front desk was exceptional. Robert Bauer did not seem too concerned for me as a patient. I felt like something was missing. Without going into too many details abouty health,I just felt like I didn't get the care that I deserved.

Check-in was easy - I pre-checked the day before so I just walked in and they had me in a room immediately. The visit went real smooth and quickly, from the consult with Dr Bauer to the blood draw.

Dr. Rob listens and truely cates. I' very picky on whom my Doctor(s) will be, and I am very pleased and comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.
