Luv this gym. Kevin, Juan and most importantly my trainer, James are amazing people. Always smiling and welcoming. They are always willing to help with any issues. Let me tell u a little more about James. He motivates and makes u believe in yourself. He doesn’t give up on u even though u give up on yourself. He understands your goals and helps you get there. Gotta try my gym.

Love the remodel but the cable machine area is too crowded. The new area with the squat/multi use stations is never as crowded, id love to see a couple of those Matrix cable machines moved in to the new space.

Great pool management, but hygiene rules need stricter enforcement
Since the Coppell location closed, this branch has become much busier, making parking quite a challenge. However, I’ve noticed that the pool is being very well-maintained lately. The water temperature is perfect, and I truly appreciate LA Fitness for keeping the facilities in good shape.
That being said, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences due to the behavior of a few members. Too many people enter the pool without showering first. It’s particularly off-putting to see people jump straight into the pool while drenched in sweat right after a sauna session. It... read full review
