Luv this gym. Kevin, Juan and most importantly my trainer, James are amazing people. Always smiling and welcoming. They are always willing to help with any issues. Let me tell u a little more about James. He motivates and makes u believe in yourself. He doesn’t give up on u even though u give up on yourself. He understands your goals and helps you get there. Gotta try my gym.

Awesome staff, especially Al Ervin. He's very professional from start to finish. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. The gym is great overall - just wish they can keep up with filling the sanitary wipes to wipe down the machines. I know some people just don't use them, but it is still necessary in the gym environment.

Just getting into the gym again and already the staff running this place have made a great impression and helped me feel welcome and committed to the work of self-care. GM Al gave a very informative and well-paced tour of all the amenities and walked me through the variety of pricing options you won’t see on the website. He set me up with an included one-time session with Bryce W. who walked me through my goals, motivations and current status.
Bryce was thorough in breaking down the goals into understandable metrics and taking me through layered exercises that would more efficiently work the targeted muscle groups.
