Our A/C went out around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 3rd, and with the house already at 80 degrees, we were expecting a long, uncomfortable weekend. We called Frost AC, and instead of telling us we’d have to wait until after the holiday, they said they had a technician finishing another job and could have someone to our house around 10:00 p.m. We gladly accepted.
Right around 9:45 p.m., the technician arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained our options. We decided to replace the furnace, and before leaving, he had us scheduled for installation the very next morning between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.
