clinic continues to email me repeatedly asking for another review, despite the fact that I already left one. Since they seem to want another so badly, here it is:
After bringing our puppy here while he was critically ill with parvo, a staff member (not a veterinarian) called my husband the following morning for an update. When he shared that we decided to seek a second opinion and pursue a treatment option another clinic offered, her tone immediately changed and became passive-aggressive, even saying “good luck with that” and discouraging our decision. She is not a doctor and should not be giving medical advice.
When I later called the clinic to address this (on a recorded line), staff member first confirmed she spoke with my husband, then contradicted herself and claimed she had only left a voicemail. When I pointed out the inconsistency, she said she “didn’t fully process” my question — which speaks volumes about the professionalism and attentiveness of some staff members here

I bring all three of my dogs to ABC Veterinary, and every visit just reminds me why I trust them so much. Dr. B is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and patient — you can tell he genuinely cares about every animal he treats. Alice is always so kind and reassuring, and she goes above and beyond to make sure my pups feel safe and comfortable.
The reception desk team is wonderful too. They’re friendly, organized, and always willing to help, even when I’ve had to bring my dogs in multiple times for various issues. No matter the reason for the visit, everyone here treats us with so much compassion and professionalism.
I’m truly grateful for the care my dogs receive here. I wouldn’t trust their health with anyone else!

ABC Veterinary Clinic has been my cat Fresno’s vet since I adopted him in March. When I adopted him, I took him to ABC for a wellness check up, and they were gentle with him & reasonably priced. They asked me for permission before doing a test that cost extra.
Recently, I was out of town for Thanksgiving and couldn’t bring Fresno with me, so I utilized their boarding service. Fresno appears to have been well taken care of and even adored, so I felt maybe a little less bad about having to leave him for several days. I would add that I wish there was a system for sharing photos / updates on animals being boarded—I would even pay extra for that service! I was able to call and check up on him, but photos would have been an added plus. I also was a little bit confused as the check in form stated I would need to pick him up by 10am on the day I was scheduled to in order to avoid an additional fee, but I was told this wasn’t necessary as long as I picked him up by end of day (and I do not believe I was charged extra.)
Overall, my experience thus far with ABC has been great. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very professional, polite, and kind, and it’s clear that they care deeply for animals. Special shout out to Melanie (I believe) the Vet Tech! She is awesome.
