Hired them to check my foundation as I saw some cracks near the doors. I saw their reviews online and on NextDoor and decided to give them a call. Mariana was amazing on the phone. Not only did she reassure me, which made me feel better about the situation, she fixed the appointment and kept in touch with me thru the entire process.Kevin arrived for the initial inspection and sent his report the same evening with a quote. I felt confident that they would be the right company to do the job as Kevin walked me thru the process of repair. I confirmed the work with Mariana again. A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair is professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. We called them out based on a coworker's referral because we had some areas of concern in our home. They came out, inspected, and determined that no work is needed. They did, however, offer some really helpful tips and instructions to keep our foundation in good shape. We're glad we called.
