South Plains Rural Health is a reputable healthcare provider that prioritizes patient care. Susan Lance is a fantastic practitioner, always attentive, kind, and thorough, patient in finding alternatives for issues. Dr. chapano helps patients however he can, making sure they are well taken care of, respectful, understanding, and cares about his patients. Kelsey is always asking how she can help and is very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking care of all medical needs. South Plains Rural Health offers high-quality medical and mental health care, making it an excellent choice for patients seeking reliable healthcare.
Andrea at the Levelland office is AMAZING. (Hopefully I spelled her name correctly) I was having a difficult time getting answers/help with a prescription refill from the location where I live and Andrea went above and beyond to assist me. She listened to me, she understood my frustration, and handled the situation with exceptional customer service. Instead of the typical “I’ll send a message” bit, she placed me on hold and physically went to get answers for me. I also work in the medical field and it is refreshing to see people genuinely care about their patients.
I would like to let Dr, Womack know I really appreciate everything she did for me with my dental needs over the past year and a half, she was very patient and did everything she said I needed done and did not rush me on how long it took, very sweet lady!! Thanks again Patricia Lopez
Really like Kelsey she is always asking how she can help me and is very knowledgeable when telling me about what she is doing for my care.
Am a old guy so me liking a Doctor is strange but I really like her feel very comfortable and at ease when talking to her. Would recommend her to anyone needing a Doctor.
