I loved the communication as Michelle kept me informed with appointment details. I loved the promptness of her arrival. I loved her ( the groomer) personality. My dog loved her and seemed to have enjoyed being groomed, unlike some other places I've taken him to. I liked the way my pet looked afterward, and it didn't take her long to get him beautiful. I loved the fact she's mobile,as I was able to get some other things completed while she worked on my pet. He looks and smells fantastic! This grooming service is phenomenal--best job out of at least 8 other groomers in Austin. Our Belgian Shepherd and our Border Collie both look fabulous. They came back very happy and calm. How convenient to have a mobile groomer, but more so one that is personable and sensitive to our unique dogs. We love you! We've already made an appointment for month after next. And special shout out to Jourdan--she is absolutely stellar! We are crossing our fingers (and paws) that she's our groomer next time.

Mobile grooming is the best! I am very happy with the services provided. I had my mom's two dogs groomed and my 75 pound dog groomed. BYRON was the groomer and did a great job! He handled our fur babies with care and explained everything clearly. I will definitely have him back out. The pricing was reasonable when compared to other mobile groomers.
