After discovering I had a partial tear in my Plantaris tendon in my calf, I sought physical therapy to rebuild strength/muscle and make sure I didn't re-injure myself. Have been coming here for a few weeks. The staff are not just knowledgeable but create a friendly relaxing atmosphere that really helps to make the experience feel more enjoyable and contributes to my healing. I especially like how they explain each exercise and activities, not just how to do them but what the exercise is doing and what benefits they expect from them. I really feel like an active participant in the therapy and not just going through the motions.
