Slow processing time and expensive! I placed an order for a digital copy and a physical copy over winter break, apparently this company does not operate while schools are out. It's January 22nd and I still have not received the physical copy. I live in the same city. Slow as molasses. For as much as they're charging, they should offer expedited shipping.In response to them saying they couldn't find an order placed by me, I have attached a screenshot of my order confirmation.

Rhonda and her team were professional, efficient and communicated in a timely manner for our company photo shoot. They arrived at the promised appointment time and right away it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the results and understand that professional experience comes with a price. Totally worth every penny!

It's definitely pricey...my order sat for quite awhile I even reached out and never even got a response. She charges a lot for shipping ita coming through USPS ...the pictures look rushed but unfortunately that's all my sons school offers. I'm hoping for other options with other sports
