We were so worried about our daughter and her kids because the heating system went out and it’s been below freezing weather..it was 54* in their house..we contacted Madd Air Heating & Cooling and within 2 hours they sent Camilo out who quickly found the issue.. (Zone sensor was bad), he replaced it and the house was already warming up when he left!! He was so kind and professional.. our daughter now has a go to air/heating company that she’ll use for those services.. Two days before Christmas and Madd blessed our family!! Justin and his crew just finished up today. We had the AC unit worked on, ducts replaced, vents replaced, and tons of work in this older system. They were on time, professional, efficient, and educational. Great communication throughout as well. I am very impressed with their service. Highly recommend.
My husband texted me at 3:49 this afternoon to let me know our downstairs AC wasn't working. I immediately called Madd Air and left a message. They called me back at 4:06 and said they could have someone over tonight. At 5:46, our technician showed up and determined the capacitor was out and he had one in the truck. He also noticed that our upstairs units line was clogged. Both jobs fixed by 6pm. Did I mention this was all on a SATURDAY?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Madd Air to anyone in the Kingwood area.
