They squeezed us in last minute (to fit our timeline) and provided excellent updates while they were in our home cleaning. Ismael cleaned our carpets, including pet stains and odors, as well as our tile and grout. The floors look and smell amazing!

I highly recommend Decker Carpet Cleaning for upholstery cleaning and stain removal. I had a terrible black jean color-transfer stain on my cream-colored bouclé sofa from Arhaus, and they completely removed the stain without damaging the fabric or texture in any way.
The technician was punctual, extremely knowledgeable about this type of stain, and clearly experienced with high-end fabrics and furniture. I was especially impressed with the cleaning technique he used because the sofa looks perfect and the bouclé texture remained intact. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Excellent service from start to finish!
