I have worked in the funeral industry for over 12 years and I have never seen such amazing customer service so I have this last year. I am so very grateful for Grimes Funeral Chapel they have taken care of 4 of my loved ones this last year, one being my mom. I couldn't have kinder words for Grimes Funeral Chapel. My grandmother lived in Kerrville for ages but had to come join us out-of-state in her last years. She outlived most people who knew her. And Grimes Funerals, specifically Llyn, was the kindest, most compassionate, and understanding person I could have ever hoped for. Not only did he remember her from them working church services years ago: he was truly there for her and her memory after she passed. Llyn took care of everything.
