Lori is a miracle worker. Not only is she dedicated to her job, but she's knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. My virgin hair was temperamental and challenging, to say the least. She didn't let me leave if it didn't take right or she felt it wasn't the outcome she wanted. Her dedication, patience, and knowledge are why I will never go to anyone else. Anytime she is booked and can't get me in, she would go over my "recipe" and stubborn hair with a colleague to make sure they were able to handle the job. The owner, Lauren, is also the same way. I received a conditioning treatment and hair cut with Lori today. She was very pleasant and kind. I love the cut she gave me and I’m excited to have her color my hair. Inside the salon was very clean, tidy and pretty. So happy I found this place!

Ashley is great!!! It was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect. Salon Renew is very nicely decorated and clean, and the staff is very professional. I'm very happy with my haircut!!!!
