Called to schedule a safe move (two safes from two different locations to one location) had everything set up for a week out, but had to reschedule and they were able to accommodate us the next day. Paul, Nathan and Cody were awesome! They were so knowledgeable and professional even under the most difficult circumstances. We highly recommend Michael’s Keys.
Called to have a new deadbolt lock installed on an exterior door. Jose Hernandez was dispatched to my home in Fort Worth. I received an advanced call that he was on the way - after arrival we talked for a few minutes while looking at the old (broken lock) and Jose let me know what the pricing was going to be up-front. I agreed and he went to work and was done after a few minutes! Super fast, super friendly, very professional! Outstanding service! 101% satisfied... Great Job!
Cut a car key for me that I bought off Amazon, and the only thing that worked was the key. Just went back to buy the key fob and they cut and programmed it for me. Now it works great. Very happy with the knowledgeable service!
