Woke up to our downstairs flooding, and not being able to turn our water off because we’re d*** young 1st house owners. Thank goodness for Jolly Plumbing!! Spoke with Hunter who informed me they couldn’t get a guy as quick as he thought. So he came himself! I appreciate the urgency as well as the information he gave us. Once hunter helped us getting the water turned off he got Micheal sent out to us shortly after. Micheal was great!! Once again educated us on everything going on and happening. We had a devastating leak in our new house this morning on a Sunday. I had called one other place before Jolly and they told us they soonest they could get a plumber out was Tuesday. As you can see from the photos we couldn’t wait until Tuesday. I called Jolly and Hunter was super responsive and got someone out very quickly. Mike came out and was able to fix the leak and he was very Courteous. We will be using them in the future.
