I have gone to multiple appointments at this Hand and Stone location, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well attended. The staff at the front desk are always respectful and more than willing to assist. During the facials, staff always take the time to evaluate my skin and provide sound recommendations on the additional features that will benefit my skin. I always leave feeling relaxed and have never had any negative reactions to the products used on my face. Counting down the days until my next appointment!

I recently had a facial and massage at the Hand and Stone Spa in Katy, TX. What a great experience! The facility was beautiful, immaculately clean, and totally relaxing. The staff was professional and very welcoming. They helped me fill out the required paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. I especially appreciated the fact that they asked questions regarding the level of pressure I wanted for the massage and the level of modesty I preferred. The facial was so calming that I dozed off and afterwards my skin felt so soft and hydrated. Both the esthetician and the massage therapist were extremely capable and pleasant. Had a Dermalogica facial with Sharon. She was amazing!!! One of the best facials I’ve gotten. The pressure of her hands was relaxing and her technique was on point. She is also very detailed with extractions. She pays attention to exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend Sharon. Had a great experience and will come here again. Almost fell asleep during the facial ? front desk girls were very polite as well.
