Andrew was wonderful!Personally, I don't like that every company tries to sell you something extra, but Andrew was very informative and not pushy about buying the policy.His attitude and quickness at solving the problem was exceptional! I wish every service person had his attitude and expertise.
I explained the problem with my washer over the phone and got the approximate estimate at once - I like this. The tech came on time, he was familiar with the SAMSUNG washer like mine. The appliance was fixed very fast. Good job!
I could not be happier with the service I received from Best appliance repair. Especially Andrew – he was an excellent technician who followed through and made sure my tricky problem with my dishwasher was fixed correctly and efficiently .In addition the price was extremely fair and I did not have to incur extra expense when the repair took longer than expected and an additional part was needed. Again I cannot say enough about the service and quality of this company and the technician, Andrew, in particular .
