I have bought and sold a lot of property through the years and have used several different realtors and I've never encountered a realtor like Tom and Ashley. I chose Sphere Realty to handle all the real estate needs of selling my home and acreage and also chose Sphere Realty to purchase my new home. The reason I chose Tom Slowbe over others is because prior to selling, I inquired on another property for my son. Sphere Realty worked with us for over 2 years, selling our property and purchasing a new one. Tom and Ashley were always in contact and involved in making sure we were up to date on the latest happenings concerning the sale and the purchase of our new home. We used Sphere to sell our mom's home after she passed away. Ashley was amazing during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend her for purchasing a home or selling one. She is the best!!!
I would like to also add that we used Sphere to rent out and manage our mom's house. I didn't have to worry about anything. They take care of everything for you. It's nice to have such competent, caring people on your side.
