Giovanni’s knowledge and customer service were excellent. His furnace examination was very thorough and he went point by point about what he checked and what needed to be fixed. He treated my home like he would his own.
We had them out to diagnose why our dining light was not working. Turned out the switch had to be replaced. I had an issue with the amount we were charged and contacted the company. James, head of electrical, assisted me and we were able to work out a solution.
They scheduled for the same day I called, showed up when they were supposed to, and they solved the problem.
Itzel and her colleague who was shadowing her (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) were professional and courteous. While the extent of the work was beyond the simple fix I thought it would be and ended up being a lot more expensive than what I thought was a simple dead outlet, both technicians were so nice and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend SALT for your electrical needs.
