My daughter started Pragma Jiu Jitsu a few months ago and absolutely loves it. Professor Daniel is an outstanding instructor, patient, knowledgeable, and fantastic with kids. We’ve tried multiple youth activities in the Pflugerville/North Round Rock area, and the quality of instruction here is easily the best.
The gym is spotless, legit immaculate (my wife is jealous because our house could never be this clean). I’ve also started taking the adult morning classes, and they’re both challenging and a lot of fun. Great atmosphere, great coaching, highly recommend for kids and adults alike.

Our son started BJJ here about 4 months ago and loves it! The overall environment and vibe at this place is beyond friendly and accepting! Everyone of the trainers and the professor are all super awesome and do a great job of making it fun for the kids but keeping them disciplined! My son's gotten much better in the short time he's been here. They also offer adult classes/workouts so it is most definitely a whole family gym. I did a lot of research on where to start him and this one wasn't the cheapest but without a doubt provided the best overall value! Couldn't recommend Pragma more!

Excellent training here, everyone is very friendly and I’m learning a lot. I really like this gym. Great family friendly environment too, I bring my son with me and he enjoys the gym as well.
