I’ve had nothing but trauma when it comes to my salon experiences in life and I’ve never found someone I could completely trust with my hair, until Mary! She is so sweet, so bubbly and outgoing. She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to ask me questions so she could fully understand my needs. She was very personable with me and when I told her how nervous and anxious I was, she put a hand on my shoulder and said “it’s okay, I’m not nervous” and smiled and that meant so much to me. I always recommend spot on salon! Mary listens to what you actually want and cares about the integrity of the hair. Mary has been the only person to have made my hair feel healthy even after lightening!
