I arrived on Saturday with my with My hair that I bought myself The lady stated on my hair around 10:30 am and finished around 1:30pm I felt that it was taking a little long for what she was doing but I didn’t complain because I had already made up in my mind that I would not be back.The lad dropped comb on dirty floor several times and continued to use it my hair.I am a little bit of OCD when it comes to cleanliness and I was trying to allow her to finish so I could leave. When she was braiding my hair I noticed that she was using excessive amounts of gel on my hair but I figured that she was professional and knew what sh was doing after she was done Danny told me it would be $150 I looked at my hair and told him that is not what you told me I reminded him of his quote of $100 after I got in my hair I was disappointed with the results I called him around midnight and demanded a refund. I have never had a service didn’t where I didn’t tip this was the first time I refused. to tip I had my hair down for a cruise that I was leaving out in three days so needless to say I had to go home and wash this mess out and figure something else out to do with my hair from my vacation. I will never go back to this place for anything but my refund. I want to add that Monday the 13th, November 13 Danny finally came up to the shop to give me my hundred dollars of which he Venmo me which he could have done the day that I call and complain but he did give me my hundred dollars back, but not my time as well as the hair that I bought from the beauty supply and brought in pre-washed with apple cider vinegar to remove the alkaline from it I’m out of that as well as my time I will never come back to the shop.
