So, the equipment worked well for a while, but in the last two months we have received a red light. They came out and fixed it again for the 2nd time. Hopefully it will not come on again. My issue is with whoever answers the phone. You can hear the frustration in her voice. She also hangs up on you while you are saying good-bye, and that is rude. you should always say good-bye. Not my fault the equipment is doing this. Not my fault the service tech did not leave the invoice for us so we know what is wrong. Email supposed to be sent to tell us. Still have not received it. that is why I called. Not my fault! be nice to customers.

I had my annual service completed by McCarty on September 29th and then last night we lost power. The generator DID NOT come on and when i went out to check the system was in error mode. I called this morning to have then come look at was told its $135 service call to check it out. Since they were the last one to work n the unit i don't think thats fair. It worked before they got here and now it doesnt.

I only give McCarty the second star because the work was not terrible. I had them do all the electrical for a new build in Huntsville. If you have infinite time and can wait around for weeks on end, McCarty may be a good fit for you. They take FOREVER to call you back, respond to emails, put you on schedule. They send one guy to do the rough wiring for the entire house. It took him weeks. They will not put me on schedule for warranty even two weeks out. This place is a joke and Kieth the owner should be embarrassed.
