We have used Huntsville Air Conditioning for over 30 years now. Cindy was very helpful and professional the afternoon I called her. Cindy said one of the technicians would call us first thing the next morning to let us know when they would be coming out. ( We live in New Waverly). Cindy texted at 7:40 the next morning letting us know Jonathan was on the way. Jonathan texted a few minutes late to say he was on the way. Jonathan was here before 8:00 am. He was very professional and respectful. He went right to work and was done before we knew it. He explain what he did and to call him if we needed anything. Both Cindy and Jonathan were great to work with. We will always use Huntsville Air Conditioning.
Huntsville Air just replaced our complete AC system including ductwork. Very pleased with the courteous work crew, the promptness, the cleanup, the communications. Think they are as fair on cost as any local HVAC business. Our setup that was replaced had some components over 50 years old (ductwork) and some over 20 years old. Happy to have everything at square one now. Plus, the new unit is VERY quiet.
Hville AC was excellent. Identified the problem quickly. Installed new AC the next day! Prompt, professional service that we will definitely use again for maintenance and installation. Thank you for a great experience and having a cup of coffee with us!
