Beth is an OHMazing person! Her curriculum has been life changing for me as an educator! I use many of her tools in my own personal life as well! I recently completed a mindfulness and meditation workshop and it was truly phenomenal. Looking forward to taking another workshop in the near future with Beth and her amazing team.

If you are looking for a thorough - OHMazing, hands-on yoga kids training, look no further. I have finished 2 of 4 trainings and currently working toward my RCYT. The Yoginos training is excellent, but what is also beneficial is the other students in the class. Their reasons for and dedication to teaching kids yoga and mindfulness brings a diverse enrichment that you cannot achieve by doing a self-study program. I highly recommend it!
