I recently just took a hot class here at yogasix in the heights and it felt so inspirational and meditational. my body felt amazing afterwards, definitely booking another class soon!!!!!
I LOVE this studio! I have tried every class they offer and appreciate how every teacher brings his/her own flare but they ALL challenge you push yourself so you can be the yogi you want to be in the future.I love that they welcome me by name (it makes me feel special) and correct form/alignment when needed. I have graduated from the back of the room to the middle :)Keep up the theme classes and fun challenges!
Sculpt w/ Toanne was TOUGH. I got a great workout in, but the cues were a little quick and i found myself a bit confused once or twice. Totally challenging for all levels as you pick out your own weights, bands, etc. Can’t wait to try it again - but be ready to WORK!
