Staff were all friendly and efficient. Appointment was easy to schedule quickly with no wait time. Dr Nguyen was very personable and walked me through everything making sure i understood the eye exam and results. Excellent experience!

I went in for an appointment to get my eye exam (both glasses and contacts) and the staff was very nice and worked with my schedule when I had to move my initial appointment. Viri assisted me with signing in and was very patient and knowledgable when walking me through the exam, since this was my first time receiving contacts. She answered all my questions and made sure I left the office with the information I needed. The place was nice and Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in getting my contacts when previous optometrists had told me contacts were not a good fit for me. I'm so excited to finally be able to wear them. Thank you West Oaks Eyecare!

I went for my eyes examined today and it was exactly what I expected. The experience was very professional and pleasant. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Nguyen. She's not just trying to get you in and out. You can tell that she cares about her patience by the way she cares for their eyes. My husband and I both use Dr. Nguyen and we love her. I just shared her recently with a couple of my coworkers and now I'm sharing her with you, so if your in the Houston area whether you're new or you're just looking to try a different eye doctor consider Dr. Nguyen.
