The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue that I have is every time I go there one of the big machines is down and not working, Or they don't work properly to dispense your detergent and your fabric softener in the other things that you add and the price has gotten to be a little bit expensive today I'd cost me like $50 to wash several comforters and blankets.

The lady was nice and showed me how to do everything as I am new and everything worked out. My only problem was over the phone. She mentioned that I could register the card and get five dollars back and she never showed me this so when I was leaving, I asked her about it and she said it was too late, if an owner would like to contact me about this. I sure would appreciate it. This would’ve been five stars. Had I not missed out on my opportunity of the benefits you supply.

I don't go to the Washateria often, just for large comforters and pillows, but this is the best and the ladies that work here are sweet. I've been a few times. If you're in the area and need to do some laundry go, just go before dark. The neighborhood is a little rough after.
