AC stopped working on a late Friday afternoon. Found Southern comfort heating and Air through a Google search and liked they had a five-star rating.
Called and scheduled the appointment for the same day and our tech Jacob arrived within the prescribed window.
We were back up and running within the hour and Jacob was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave good clear explanations as to what was needed and why.
Honestly I can't comment on the price that we paid because I don't know if it's good, bad or right where it needs to be, I just know that they provided a fast and friendly service.
