Horrible service… took 2 weeks to get two hats back from wherever they sent them off to be cleaned at. Received the Astros hats in terrible condition, they had safety pins through them, leaving a hole and the bills were bent upwards, misshaping the hats as if they got saturated and left to dry incorrectly. Both are ruined. $100 loss.Also asked for managers contact info and was told she could not give it out..Service: Laundry wash & fold

This place is a joke. I took 7 dress shirts to get dry cleaned yesterday. They told me they would be ready at 5 today. I said ok I get off at 6 and I will be there. I get there and some Lady that looked like she had no idea what was going on said Oh your shirts aren't here. I said what? She said yeah they didn't make it back. I said make it back from where. I dropped them off here. She said I don't know. I am so frustrated. She then tells me that my shirts won't be ready to pick up until Monday evening. I literally don't have a shirt for work tomorrow, nor one for Church on Easter or not one for Monday at work AGAIN!!! Why wouldn't they call me at least? I'm so mad. I...read full review

Suit wasn’t ready in time for a funeral, had to go spend $300 on a new one. Associate didn’t seem to care, “It happens sometimes” in response to being 48 hours late on their set time.
