Laura is an amazingly gifted yoga teacher! When I moved here from California, 12 years ago, I wondered how I would ever find a good yoga instructor, in this small suburb. Laura was so knowledgeable and experienced, that I couldn't believe my luck when I found her. She teaches as she goes along each pose. Take her class. You wont regret it!
