Our project was extensive, involving a complete gut renovation and expansion of the house—basically building a new home. The team consistently put in extra effort to ensure our house looked great and met our preferences, even when it meant more work on their part. Undertaking a gut renovation is challenging; there are always surprises when breaking apart an old house, along with ups and downs during the process, but I feel the whole team helped us navigate these smoothly. We worked with Olivo and absolutely love our renovation. We added on top of the garage and connected to the house through the first and second floor. Franco convinced us to connect on the second floor and if we had not taken his advice it would not be even remotely as awesome as it is. Franco, Judyth and the Olivo team did a great job with our garage apartment. The quality of work is very good and we are pleased with the final product. They had great recommendations for how to set things up and were flexible throughout the project as we had to make some changes. We did have some minor inspection/permitting hiccups but these were largely out of Olivo’s control and they helped us through it!

We contracted with Olivo to remodel our small "master" bathroom. The original layout of the bathroom was not allowing for a larger shower space. They recommended moving the toilet and getting a smaller vanity to fit a larger shower. They provided 3D renderings (free) to envision what they proposed doing. This helped a LOT when we decided to go with that layout. Our smaller bathroom remodel took about 3 weeks and the crew was all friendly and cleaned up well. The crew did an amazing job on the project and we were very pleased. We picked out many of the finishings and fixtures but if needed they can provide guidance on where to buy certain items for the remodel. We would definitely work with Olivo and his team again for any future remodeling needs.Service: Remodeling

We have been contemplating this Project to do a garage addition to our existing home. We started the bid process about 2 years ago, we found Olivo's bid to be very competitive among others. Now that our project is completed, we are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Although we did have a small issue with our fence line early on, Franco was really quick to respond and remediate the issue. Franco is really one of the most responsive contractors I have worked with (and I have worked with several). Unlike some others, he always takes time to visit the job site, talks to the homeowners and treats his projects like his own home. During early construction walkdowns, he made some really good recommendations to provide us with additional storage space. This is what I call adding real value!! We were so pleased with him, we have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue doing so.
