Got there at almost 12pm on 7/23 with severe stomach pain and iron taste in my mouth 8 hrs later only blood work and a Gi cocktail as they call it sitting in the hall of the emergency room the whole time, around 9pm another hr passed still in pain nurse says I'll be back gives me a huge pill and about 20 minutes later I'm going into shock never gave me a diagnosis of anything didn't even tell me "hey we gave you this and it caused you to almost die" very pity full horrible care. Got discharged on 7/24 hrs after going into shock like nothing happened and go home that's not right never got a room was in the hallway in a stretcher basically... read full review

DO NOT take your love one here. Been sitting in an ER room for 9 hours waiting for some answers to then be moved out into the hallway with no answers. It's unbelievable the lack of care. The attitudes you get, the lack of bedside manners from the nurse is something I haven't ever experience . The doctors don't even get me started. They should tell you " sorry the doctors that you need to see won't be here into the morning so sorry", because the ones that are on staff can't help or don't have answers for you. I'm giving a 1 for the one nurse that actually explained what she was doing and why.

I went to Memorial Hermann ER in Pearland. Triage nurse Maria was very nice but my son was misdiagnosed by an N.P. We were not seen by a doctor My son had a rash reaction from an antiseizure drug but they told us it was scabies. They prescribed a cream. We didn't get it from the pharmacy yetbut my son's rash improved when we stopped the antiseizure medication we thought causing it. The rash is gone by now without starting the cream. What a waste of time and money this E.R. is. Health care has really lost its care and smart people as the years go.
