I called to ask some questions, I am looking for a good tax consultant and the lady answering the phone was curt and asked " what is the purpose of the ??" I at that time hung up. If you want someone to provide tax services and the face of the company is rude and curt perhaps the office culture reflects upper management . No thank you from this consumer.
