With the recent freeze in Houston, we were left with a broken water heater. We have used big box plumbing companies before and have been very unhappy with their services and pricing. However, Tim was recommended to us and glad that he was! He was over at our house in minutes and we had hot water the same day, even during the busy time when many people were experiencing issues. He was actually on the next street over coincidently! I look forward to working with him again on our next plumbing issue.

Thank you, Mr. William, for your service. Yesterday, we contacted your office to request plumbing service for our house. Your assistant was pleasant over the phone and quickly scheduled the service for us. She informed us that the service would be arriving around 3:00 pm. However, 25 minutes later, we received a call from your team members who arrived promptly at our property. They were great and pleasant.
