A month ago we decided to cease cancer treatment on my MIL. In anticipation of the quick end I researched places for cremation. I wanted to stay away from huge impersonal company (SCI, Dignity), and my MIL wanted a simple cremation- not a $7k funeral! We went for the basic cremation package and they made it so easy. She was too sick to travel for the paperwork so they came to the house. We had to use them sooner than expected but they made it very easy and were very respectful. I can't recommend them enough.

I was not aware of the ins and outs of making funeral preparations for loss of a loved one. My daughter had been in home hospice for a few months, but I never had the courage to look into making funeral arrangements while she still lived. Joseph J. Earthman Generations was the best call we made upon my daughter's passing. Joseph answered the phone himself. He is soft spoken, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and took the time to educate us about funeral arrangements, the terminology, the process, and was upfront with the costs without pushing to make business. Debbie and Joseph did a wonderful job on my father's funeral service. From the first interactions with them, I could tell they deeply care for their clients. Debbie always responded quickly with the questions that I could only think of in the middle of the night. And without fail, the answer to any question I had was always something like "yes, you absolutely can do that" or "of course, that would be a lovely gesture." Their guidance through a difficult time was invaluable. Even people who attended the funeral commented on how nice both Debbie and Joseph were.
