I can't say enough good things about Rachel and her team - they are simply outstanding. I had a large order with an incredibly tight turnaround and Rachel not only made sure it got done but that it was done right. She was a supremely confident communicator every step of the way and I can't wait to work with them again in the future!

Rachel and her staff at Identity Plus came highly recommended through a friend. They surpassed all my expectations! Their customer service is first class and she is very responsive whenever I have questions or need an immediate response. I had a pressing deadline for an event where I needed canopies, banners, koozies, pens, shirts, etc. and they delivered! They hustled to not only meet my deadline within two weeks, but they provided an amazing product. I highly recommend Identity Plus for all of your screen printing, embroidery and apparel needs.
