Johnny was very professional and fast, other companies were slow and seemed like they were guessing, not golden locksmiths though. Highly recommend and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family
I would give 5 stars but the tech was impatient with me because I was locked out of my home and car so I waited at a neighbor's house. At any rate, he was quick and unlocked the door within minutes of my arrival. Also, it was reasonably priced.
I can't say enough good things. Our situation was very different from most, being a huge vault door and on board a ship, in urgent assistance on a particular day while in port. Johnnie was great, he managed to re-arrange things and organized one of his technicians at short notice to come on board. Lawrence arrived on board and assessed the predicament and in no time at all he had managed to get into the vault and fixed the issue. He was knowledgeable, honest, and polite and service was fast and left our vault door in great working condition. A huge thank you to Lawrence and Johnnie for helping us. Five stars all the way!!!
