Terrible practice! They treated my parents like my parents ask for a free check up. No vital signs taken at the clinic. Definitely this office just wants to rip off money from insurance

Idk why my mom like to go to this place so much?! Because it's cheap?! And then they just made my mom waiting for update her insurance as they say it would be better for her or give her a fake referrals, the more she wait the more she get sick.
My case was also the same, they gave me fake referrals and i called for appointment but no one show up, it's been half a year i come back for another referal and they just made me update my insurance and charge me for more up coming check just to get the referrals 🙄
Such a waste of time when i can just go to the American clinic where everything is clear from the begining. Wasting my time and i didnt get any doctor refer...read full review

I have mixed feelings about this clinic, it is surprisingly packed with people and assistants yet took a while for my turn even though I did have an appointment. When they got my blood test and urine test done, they would not call you. I had to call them to check by myself a week later, and when I wanted my results to be sent through email (which I think it's usual since every clinic does that, at least all the ones I have been to), they said I needed to come by the office to pick up the physical copy. Would not come back to this clinic.
