From the moment I arrived the ladies at the front desk greeted me with smiles and made me feel welcomed. They took the time to clearly explain the pricing plans and suggested the best option for me. Queenie, my Wax Specialist, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Copperfield location is not the closest wax center to my home however, I will return and schedule with Queenie. Thank you ladies, your customer service skills are exceptional.

Fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, the room they put me in was thoroughly cleaned, plus the guidance with the products for sell/service from Alex, I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Highly recommend and will be back!

My wax specialist was Alexandra and she was amazing. Not only is she good as what she does, but she’s gentle with her work. Her personality is also simply amazing. Will be coming back!
