Josh was timely, proficient, responsive and professional in every respect. Followed through with all the expectations Mark had established. Could not have asked for more. Unhesitatingly recommend Elite.
Elite Wildlife Services did a great job squirrel-proofing my attic, and removing the animals that were currently there so they wouldn't return. Haven't heard any sounds from up there in a few weeks, so it appears they did the job well. They were very thorough and professional, and returned to check traps after the initial job was done to ensure they got rid of the offending wildlife! Will definitely call again if I have this sort of problem in the future.
I called Elite Wildlife Services on a Sunday because I had a family of raccoons living in my chimney.I was out of town for a couple of days and before I had returned home, Josh had evacuated the raccoons. I must add, he did so in a very humanly way which made my wife and daughters very happy. Josh sealed the chimney so no more critters could come in. My chimney, fireplace and living room was treated for fleas (which I had not even thought about)Awesome customer service!!Thank you, Josh!
